The admission fee is determined as per the instruction of the competent authority notified time to time by the Education Department, Govt. of Assam and the affiliating university. However, in the case of fee waiver scheme for the economically backward students, certain documents and declarations are to be submitted by the beneficiary students before the authority of the college as mentioned bellow.

(a) A declaration is required from the students that neither of the parents (father or mother) of the students is an employee of State/ Central Govt. Department or its Undertaking. Such declaration shall be devised by the concerned Principals. If such a declaration is found to be false, the admission shall be cancelled and fee shall be realized from such students.

(b) In case of H.S. and BA/B.Com course those students whose fees were waived last year will also be eligible to avail the scheme for the 2nd year admission. However, college will realize only on Magazine fees, Games & Sports fees and College Week fees. All other fee will be exempted in the 2nd year.

(c) It will be obligatory on the part of a student applying for free admission to plant a sapling of a tree and submit two photographs of him/her taken along with the sapling to the Admission Committee. However, this will be a continuous process and the student shall have to resubmit his/her photographs with the same plant to show the care taken by the students and its growth year wise.
